When using one of the Garmin Training Plans, I see it’s easy to reschedule a future workout, but you’re unable to reschedule a past missed workout. For example, I missed yesterday’s scheduled workout, I’d like to move it to today.
Update: Apparently this only applies to the Garmin Coach programs. I’m able to reschedule missed workouts in other types of training plans.

Same problem, guys. Did you find a solution? Garmin doesn’t react.

I believe, you do not need to reschedule missed workouts of a coach plan. Simply pause or reschedule the future workouts, and start the missed workout directly on the watch:
- select the activity type,
- press-long the menu button (middle left in my case),
- scroll to Training,
- find the missed workout,
- and start it.
PS: I did not test whether it then really appears on the plan as completed, because I always reschedule or pause the plan before the day is over, when I see I’ll not manage to do it, but I see the possibility on my watch, and hence am assuming it should work. I may be wrong, but it is worth of trying.

trux,
I will try your advice later and let you know if the Training is checked as completed.

Didn’t work for me. Once it is marked skipped on the plan and your watch is synced, I can’t move it on the calendar and I can’t select it from the workplace. Also the work out plan progresses to the next workout without any adjustment.

Thank you, this also worked for me!
I hate missing a workout!
